An Introduction:
The Golf Club Datai Bay in Pulau Langkawi is the perfect hideaway for golfers with its lush greenery all round on the island resort.
Surrounded by the splendor of tall tropical trees, the majestic Machinchang Range and the Andaman Sea with its natural surroundings and wildlife, this is an international class golfing paradise.
The newly renovated golf course carpeted with the finest Bermuda and Tifdwarf greens, completed in November 1997, is destined to become one of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in Malaysia.
The added attraction is a 9-hole championship standard putting course adjacent to the clubhouse which will give the opportunity for the golfers to test their putting skill.
Another interesting feature is the presence of a 19th hole, a par-3 185-metre carry across the bay. Nicknamed as the "Signature Hole", it will be quite a challenge to get the ball onto the green especially when there is strong wind blowing from the sea.
